Q: I normally wear a size 14/16 pants, not sure what size to get in these what do you recommend?

I am size 16. Large is good and would probably be the best fit for a 14. The quality is good and the fit is comfortable. I washed a pair in the machine and they came out as good as new.

Q: what size ( S or M ) would suit UK size 10?

Hi these are small made, I'm a 12-14 and now buy the XL so for you, I would but the L. I think they are made for small people as they are made in China. They wash very well too although they are marketed as disposable. I don't regret buying them and neither should you but don't throw them away after one use unless you are out camping or suchlike as it is kinder to the environment. Hope this helps you decide. :-)
