Amazing value! This chair gives a phenomenal massage - I can’t imagine it could actually get better by paying $1000s more for a similar chair.

As other reviewers have noted, the lack of any lighting on the control panel is a negative because you cannot always tell what option you chose. Another negative for me is that it does not have rollers to massage calves. On the positive side, it is as described, reasonably priced and gives a solid massage to back, spine, and buttocks. Easy to set up, i.e. once you remove it from the big box, you just have to dispose of some of the packing materials and plug it in and voila!

My husband really loves this chair. He uses almost all the settings. I don't mind it, but I am very claustrophobic, so I only use it occasionally. I like the relax for sleep mode the most. We both found that by putting a light blanket in the chair the butt massage is not so hard on your butt. Very nice quality and looks great and functions well. Plan on where you want it and how it can get in your house ahead of time. Read the measurements carefully for planning. Delivery people were also very helpfull.

I purchased this massage chair for my wife and she is so in love with it. All of the different massage features and the ability to connect your Bluetooth so you can listen to music, a book, or a podcast. She said it works on your entire body. She even allows me to use it from time to time and we both are enjoying it so much. I recommend this chair if you have body aches. It works wonders.

Love this chair. I work on my feet and have a lot of trouble with my legs and back. This has made a big difference in how I feel. Just as described. Amazing chair. And for the price you can’t go wrong!!

The chair looks very nice, but shuts off all the time. Within min of starting the massage it just shuts off. I am not happy with this chair.

I received this chair a few days ago. I really like the looks of it. I am puzzled by the fact that on the remote control unit, the selection buttons are not lit, or backlit, nor do they light up when activated so you can't tell if the selection has been activated. Ambient light has to be quite strong before one can see the various selections possible on the remote.
