Q: Can i get the certificate of origin and certificate of quality of product when i buy?

We did see that ours had been refurbished when we purchased it. So I would think the product would have its history

Q: how long are the batteries guarenteed before replacement and is the battery easily replaceable?

The batteries seem to last over a year. I haven't replaced it yet and it has been a while.

Q: With it being stored, will the batteries go bad?

No - but they do expire and will need to be replaced. Liability is on you if you don't replace.

Q: Are instructions in spanish?

We have not yet used our AED (thankfully), but it does not look like, according to the manual, that the instructions are also in Spanish. I hope this helps. Sorry.
