When you take a few vitamins and supplements all you know is that something (or nothing) is working - You don't even know how you would feel if you did not take any. All that aside I have bought this product quite a few times and I will continue taking them unless I read any convincing horror stories. They are pretty cheap so worth trying.

Palatable and so far have proved effective, this is my second order and I certainly know when I miss taking them! The packaging is basic, which I have no issue with, however in my first order, several tabs were crushed on arrival, hence only 4 stars, otherwise totally happy with the product itself.

Second time I've ordered these. They are superb. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I cannot tell you how much these have helped. I feel good about myself, my head seems to think straight and all irrational thoughts have gone. I felt that I had more energy during the day(I took this in the morning), but it did make me feel a bit anxious after a month of taking and I couldn't relax at night time. I stopped taking them after I kept waking up with a headache.

Smashes high street prices for this type of product, simple and far more convenient packaging for the tablets (easier to store) and an essential supplement for my health and well being - will be purchasing again and checking out the rest of their supplements in due course. Lastly, a British company, making a good quality British product!

This product is simply amazing. Works for me very well - took about a week to kick in, but since then I rise at six, go on for an hour run, go to work full time, get home, be with the family, have an hour exercise on the evening, and not tired until midnight, studying or being with the wife. I think I never had this much energy even when I was in my twenties - if you suffer from constant tiredness and lethargy, don't have the strength to exercise or want to improve on your mojo to impress your loved one - this is not some kind of magic pill, but gives you a little edge that makes all the difference. For this price you get three months of supply, and if it won't work for you (it will I'm sure), you did not loose much capital.

These worked an absolute charm for my partner who has minor brain damage. They have vastly improved his memory over the last month he has been taking them so make sure to be consistent with them! They are flavourless and my partner says they are incredibly easy to swallow compared to the others he has tried. Would highly recommend!
