Initially, I kept removing it in my sleep, but over time, I hardly even notice it's there.Does the device work? Yes.My partner can confirm that the device significantly reduces my snoring, which has greatly improved both of our sleep quality.Is the device uncomfortable to wear? Yes and no.At first, the mouthpiece combined with the nasal vents was uncomfortable. However, after about 2 weeks, I got used to it, and now it feels quite natural.Would I recommend the mouthpiece to a friend? Yes.While it may take some time to adjust, the potential benefits make it worth trying. For the price, it's a reasonable risk to take.Ultimately, it will depend on the individual to decide if this mouthpiece is right for them. For me, it has made a significant difference, and at least my partner gets a good night's sleep now.

This really will stop you snoring. I’ve been amazed at its effectiveness and I find I sleep much better too. I’m putting this down to the nasal dilators. Breathing is improved, snoring is gone and my wife doesn’t move to the spare room in the middle of the night!It’s all delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene and the guard moulding is really quick and easy, (QR link to fitting instruction video on the pack.) Once moulded, it fits really comfortably and the storage case is great for keeping the guard and dilators together in the bedside drawer.This has to be the cheapest, easiest and most effective snoring solution. Highly recommended!

Had a very bad experience with this item after moulding it to my mouth slept with it in for a few days it made my snoring worse and madr my mouth swollen and bleed.

When I first ordered this product, I had low expectations and thought it might not work. However, after using it, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. It fits my mouth perfectly, especially the dental portion, and the nasal dilators are fantastic. They’re soft and comfortable, causing no discomfort at all. I'm thrilled to have found a solution that allows me to sleep peacefully. My breathing has improved, I no longer grind my teeth, and the product is very hygienic. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with snoring and seeking better rest. It’s an excellent purchase at a fantastic price!

I tried with this, I really did! Unfortunately, it wasn't for me.I've suffered with snoring for a while and it's been progressively getting worse. I thought this would help but it didn't. I tried the mouthguard and nasal device together, and both items individually. Nothing helped.In fact, the mouth guard made things worse given I was still snoring but waking up with a frozen jaw that was extremely painful for hours afterwards. I've since found out from other reviews that it's not recommended if your jaw clicks, which mine does.I've had to return it and I'm trying some alternative treatments like mouth taping and a tongue restrainer to see if either of those help.Sadly, this wasn't the smoking gun I'd hoped it would be but it may work for others.Haven't given it 1 star though, because it was easy to use, the user guide was simple to understand, and it was comfortable enough to insert in the first place making it an easy thing to try and if it works for you, that's great!

When I ordered this product I thought it would be another failure. Instead I have used it and I can say that it is really above my expectations. It adapts very well to the shape of my mouth as far as the dental part is concerned and also the nasal dilators are excellent. They do not bother me and are soft. I am happy to have solved the problem of sleeping in absolute tranquility. I breathe very well, I do not grind my teeth and they are also very hygienic. I recommend this purchase to anyone who has problems with snoring and cannot rest well. Excellent purchase at a great price above all!

Absolutely amazing product, very easy to mould, helped with snoring from the first night, very comfortable and easy to breathe, BPA free which is fantastic, worth every penny, I look forward to continued quality well needed sleep.

After two attempts at getting the device to fit correctly it kept falling out of my mouth during the night. At first it would help for an hour or two but once you fall asleep and your jaw relaxes it just becomes a gum shield for your top teeth.
