The Soocas Neos II is a an electric tooth brush and water flosser all in a single device. I was initially reluctant to buy the Soocas but after careful consideration I decided to give it a try and I haven’t been disappointed. The brushing action is full and complete without being abrasive. After a timed period of brushing the device automatically leads into flossing. With this you’ll receive a pulsing warning of automatic mode change as it going into flossing. And again, this action is satisfying that your teeth are being cleaned deeply. My only disappointment is I’m unable to purchase an appropriate travel case at this point. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this product to this point.

I bought this item around last Xmas. It worked well for about two months but the brush head then sprung a tiny leak that made it impossible to use without getting wet, so I bought two replacement heads. ( I have since seen other reviews that mention the same problem). Good money after bad. This week the whole unit went dead—won’t recharge. Have contacted customer service about the two year warranty. We shall see how they respond. Update 8/31/25 Customer service sent me a new unit after I sent the old unit back. Not much hassle and new unit seems to be holding up. They have followed up a few times since by email and I would now give them a rating of 4/stars.

This amazing toothbrush with a water flosser that can brush and floss at the same time. It has a very modern and minimalist design, and its size makes it easy to hold and convenient for travel. Before each use, I only need to add tap water to the tank, and I can brush and rinse at the same time for a thorough clean. It has two functions, deep clean and quick modes, in which floss after or along with vibration. It also has soft to strong brushing modes and a long-lasting battery life, and a single charge can last for several weeks. Moreover, its wireless charging feature and eco-friendly packaging also left a strong impression on me.

I was recommended this product by a friend, and their ads really impressed me. So I just bought one and checked if this really matches their advertisement. Over all, it is a 9/10, and here is the case: Unboxing: The box itself isn't too big, and the toothbrush is about the average size compared to the others, it comes with 1 extra head and a charger. Nothing impressed me. Brushing and Flossing: The toothbrush comes with two buttons, and the top one is a timed brushing experience (2 min) followed by three stop-and-go vibrations, which tells you that it will start flossing now. The bottom button will just start flossing. The regular flosser will keep running water nonstop, but this toothbrush will send two small and intense waves of water to hit the spot. Unfortunately, there is not a button on this toothbrush that switches from the semi-auto to the whole auto experience. The flossing experience is not bad. It indeed does the job of removing the corn flake that stuck in my back teeth. So overall, it is an interesting and innovative product; I will keep using this for a while and see how it works.

First; I loathe flossing and bought this brush/flosser anticipating I wouldn’t need to floss anymore, but that’s not the case. Granted the toothbrush function works well and my teeth feel smooth like I’ve just been to the dentist. The flossing action is good for getting smaller debris that the brush misses, but does nothing to prevent that plaque buildup along the gum line, so I still have to floss to keep my gums healthy… rather disappointing.
