Customer care is not responsive Amazon customer care is not good responsive the product is worst because it is not proper to use not working very very poor quality I went to return this one of the accessories was missing from Amazon today so if I go to return it I will not take it and I will call you on the 20th I will call on the 22nd and the crow is crying please no one buy this product I have called customer care 20 times they did not respond properly

Costly basic!!!
After considerable time spent I will say that this is a costly basic spend. Because it definitely is not 4k or ultra hd. If you go for that 4k mode the end video becomes distorted. Works decent in general hd like 1080 mode. Usage is easy however the guide is lacking. Battery is a huge issue when connected with integrated display handle. Heating is another main issue.

Good, but the phone gimbal's arms are short, causing the phone to hit them.
Using with my Vivo x90 Pro and phone hits gimbal's arm on movement.
