I have had a Ricardo soft sided carry on luggage set that still looks like new after 15 years of use, but decided I wanted a lighter weight hard sided carry on. I am not disappointed. The Ricardo brand has not changed in quality and workmanship since I purchased my first set unlike many other brands who have cheapened their products to keep the costs lower. The old saying: “You get what you pay for” is so very true. If you want a quality piece of luggage that offers a few extras with your purchase (I.e. shoe bags, TSA approved liquids bag, etc) pay a little extra! I will definitely be purchasing a larger piece to add to my set in the future and hope it endures the checked luggage rigors!

I have had a Ricardo Beverly Hills soft side suitcase for over 6 years and traveled domestically and internationally a lot it but I decided to get a hard case. This is durable and the inside is roomy and beautiful. It is lightweight, love the compartments and organization. Highly recommend.

I bought the large version earlier this year for a long trip I was taking. I loved the suitcase so much, as soon as I hot home, I bought the smaller carryon size. A truly fantastic piece of luggage.

Normally wouldn't be an issue as I'd trust the seller and/or manufacturer would stand behind it but after reaching out to their warranty department and not hearing back then reaching out to the seller via Amazon who said to file a warranty claim I am highly discouraged and would appreciate having our money back and unless you are ready to deal with this then I suggest buying different luggage and from a different vendor. Note: We owned this happened while on our second trip and we owned this less than two months.

This is the best luggage ever! Very roomy and the wheels are so smooth. I can’t wait to use this on my next trip.
