Better than regular hot chocolate
I really enjoy this as a hot chocolate drink at bedtime with the added benefit of slow release protein for muscle recovery. I like it more than the regular hot chocolate I used to drink. It has a nice froth on top too. It mixes well in a shaker cup. Good value for money compared to others on the market.

Great tasting, mixes well.
Great tasting casein protein, on par if not better that Optimum Nutrition. Added bonus that it’s supporting a small UK business.I’d order from their website if they offered free next day delivery, instead I need to pay Jeff Bezos for the convenience.

It's casein protein; it’s okay. Not good or bad, just middling.
Taste is good, with a familiar vanilla flavour profile and slight hints of cinnamon. Consistency is smooth when mixed in a shaker bottle. I've tried it hot as directed (mix in shaker bottle, then transfer to another cup and warm in the microwave), and it was just okay. The top formed a skin, like when you heat milk, so that wasn't great.Casein slowly drip feeds amino acids in the body due to its slow-digesting properties, which can support satiety and help to curb cravings; this is said to be useful at night, where typically, there is no other food intake until the morning. Whether this will make a practical difference to muscle recovery is an individual matter, and not one I can realistically comment on. At the end of the day, it's a food supplement with a set number of calories, fats, carbohydrates and protein. If you think it might help you to meet your macro goals for the day/ week, then you might want to give it a try. It's worth noting however, that cottage cheese contains high amounts of casein protein, so if you're able to digest dairy well, you may want to explore that first.

Micellar casein protein ,double choc brownie flavour.
This is a lovely slow-release muscle recovery powder and is to be taken before bed. This protein works while you sleep, giving you a steady stream of amino acids to help you recover, while you sleep. I have noticed that not only do I sleep better, but wake with no leg pain after a late night at the gym. The powder is easy to mix and once mixed, it has no lumps or grainy texture. The taste is divine, if, like me you love chocolate brownie. This product is made from 100% grass fed cows, and is high-quality protein without any unwanted fillers. It contains 0.8g of fats, 3g of carbohydrates, and 22g of protein, and has only 109kcal, per scoop. These seen pretty good numbers to me. I will continue to take this recovery power, for a longer period to see any difference in my long term recovery, but at the moment, it has certainly made a huge difference to my sleep pattern, therefore it's 4* from me folks.

Delicious protein supplement formulated with nighttime drinks in mind
This fills a gap in my daily supplementing routine, namely the evening - it's an excellent idea to produce a slow-release protein-based drink that's formulated to drink at night for slow recovery. It tastes great too, with a real nighttime drink kind of feel; I went for the cinnamon swirl flavour, which make a really nice alternative to cocoa-based nighttime drinks. The fine, dry powder mixes really well even in the hand shaker, no lumps or bumps. It might be an additional use case, but I found it delicious added to porridge in the morning too, so it's not just for nighttime drinks! You can make up a more than acceptable drink with just water and powder alone, but it's even nicer with milk, I found. It's well packaged and feels like a solid, quality brand. I'd buy this again for the flavour and the slow-release protein profile - a really nice addition to the daily intake at a time I wouldn't normally think to supplement protein.

Good all round
the chocolate brownie flavour is nice but quite sweet, i have experimented in making brownies using this, putting it in porridge or having it as a drink as it mixes in really nicely so no grit of powder lumps. Its good for slow-release recovery so optional if you want to take it at night. its got approx 30 servings so cost effective

Nice tasting recovery protein
A good quality recovery protein, you don't necessarily have to have it at nighttime, just after your workouts. You can have it as a hot or cold drink or add it to yogurt or porridge. The chocolate brownie flavour is lovely and makes it a lot more pleasant. Very happy with this.
