Update.. The company surprised me when they reached out to me and gave me a full refund, I did not contact them . So that was VERY a nice of them, I was really shocked. Didn’t even think if returning it or seeking refund since I opened it.So I thank them for that!Here’s what happened and my review,I mixed with milk and iced coffee. I used half a scoop. It has very very dark chocolate, almost bitter, taste. Had to add sweetener, Hard to dissolve with just spoon stirring it in, kind like cocoa powder the way it just floated on the surface. Guess it needs a blender. I have IBS so maybe that’s why it gave me bad reaction. Had some bms first day, second day had full blown attack, stomach cramps, nausea, the runs, complete emptying. in the bathroom for about 2 hours straight. Sorry to be graphic but if you have IBS use less than a half scoop. Use caution, or don’t use..

Taste is good, easily mixes in water or coffee though I prefer it in water. I have lost weight so it does seem to help with that

I like the product, I cannot say it is helping me lose weight after going through a full container of it. Has a bitter taste but if mixed with the right juice it is pretty good. My reason for 3 stars is not due to the product but from Amazon and their shipping policies. With my first order they shipped it separate from other item and handed it off to the USPS and it took 8 days to get here even though I pay for prime and this product has the Prime label. I just ordered this a second time and looks like they are doing the same thing. It was scheduled to be delivered for today but now it is scheduled for 4/29/25 via USPS. I will be shocked if I actually receive it next Tuesday. The other item with this order was also Prime and it arrived on 4/23.

This is a quality product with a good flavor. I mix it into my shake or a cup of coffee and I have noticed a big difference after taking it for a couple days. Will definitely buy it again and again and again!

I really wanted this to be a good product to add into my Keto routine. Nope I can't get past the taste!It just awful it almost tastes like over salted super dark chocolate but not really chocolate if that makes sense.Even worse is I'm stuck with it being that the product is not returnable or refundable on Amazon! Canceling my subscribed and save right away.Sorry Keto Active this is just to nasty to keep forcing my self to chug it down.
