I was so looking forward to getting this styler as I’ve seen them all over TikTok for months, however it doesn’t curl my hair at all, not even much at the ends & my hair is just below the shoulder. I turned the heat up gradually and still nothing, I then left it on my hair for a matter of 5-10 seconds hoping it might hold better and it’s singed my hair. The heat from this tool is not to be underestimated!I never write reviews but I am so disappointed & now my hair is damaged too!

Terrible, don't buy. It has really hard almost plastic bristles and the buttons to turn up the heat don't work properly. Very cheap tat
