After using it for less than a month, its temperature started to rise abnormally, and a burning smell began to emanate from the product. Therefore, I stopped using it out of concern for the car. I bought another one week b4 but not working with my toyota rav4 2020 model car. Is this device is ok with my car?

This has worked well for me. Easy to install and set up, connects automatically. At times I’ve had to reset my Bluetooth or reestablish connection but I can’t say that is directly product related or the nature of Bluetooth and phone updates.

I had my doubts about this little device, I've read and heard lots of reviews in both directions of good and bad. The setup here took no more than 2 minutes tops. I have a 2021 Hyundai Kona with Apple Car play, but not wireless. The first thing I did was delete my iPhone from connected bluetooth devices in the car's bluetooth settings. I started the car, waited till the system came up, plugged the USB adapter into my cars USB port (where I had previously been plugging in my iPhone for Car Play) and I saw the green light come on. I opened Bluetooth devices on my phone, the wireless adapter popped up as available for connection and I selected and added it no problem. I saw the Apple Car Play logo appear on my car's multimedia screen, touched it to activate as usual and it came up without issue and without delay. It functions exactly as if I have my phone plugged in, it's actually amazing! It connects so quickly when I get into the car now that the first time I had parked the car, ran an errand, and then got back in and started it, it was playing music while I was driving away from the store and it took me a minute or two to recognize that it wasn't the radio like usual, lol, that it had connected to my phone and was playing from my Apple Car Play. I was very impressed at how seamless and FAST it was. The only time I ever experience any delay at all is when I'm skipping a bunch of songs all at once, then it can run just a bit behind my clicks, but that's it. I 100% recommend this little unit to add wireless Apple Car Play to your car.
