Not what we were looking for
These were a huge disappointment. My wife and I are Zen teachers and bought these for our practice group. The cushions are very pillowy and floppy. You can't really tell from the picture, but the dimensions are quite odd; the cushions are much wider and narrower than they appear in the photo. While they might be suitable for some, they really aren't appropriate for Zen practice so we decided to return them.

Good for the money, not the most comfortable for me
It's a good zabuton, but it's definitely not the best. It's reasonable for the price and I expect to modify it later on.Pros:1. Price was lowe than the others.2. Material is very soft to the touch and comfortable.3. It's large. At 3 ft wide, it can hold your body within its limits. 2ft deep should be enough for most.Cons:1. Lumpy. Though I didn't see it in the other reviews, this cushion is lumpy. I would expect as much from the material (cotton). The cotton Matt mat mat accessible and may be able to adjust.2. Placement of stitch-tuck (the 4 indentations around the center of the zabuton) is kind of counter to having a soft material. My knees (when using a bench) or ankles (when on a zafu) hit this stitching. Needless to say, there's very little padding in this area. I don't like this design and I'm tempted to just remove it.3. In the description, it notes that you can wash the cover. You can. But, the Matt is 3 strips of cotton, and you would have to reinsert this material. Because of the stitch-tuck, I guess this is reasonable and I expected something like it when I bought it.Overall its relatively comfortable. I would have preferred it without the stitch-tuck and possibly a little more matting (to fill those voids).

Lumpy, will return.
Returning this. Too lumpy. Used with a crescent cushion I also just purchased and loved. This Zabuton cushion pushes up too much near the outer edges and hurts my feet and ankles. Very distracting trying to shift and get comfortable. Fabric seems to be good quality. I've only used one other cushion before this, so don't have many to compare to, but this didn't work for me. Thinking a large dog bed may be the next thing I try. Might bring my crescent cushion with me to the store.

100% Polyester
I purchased this product under the impression that it was cotton, or at least a cotton blend. It's not. The cover made is from a cheap, polyester microfiber material that's thin, cheap feeling, and sticky. I doubt this cushion would work out for a person who has a regular sitting practice. It is way too soft and cushy, offering little support. I will spend the extra money and get a product made from natural materials that can stand the test of time.

Comfortable, super soft and supportive.
This zabuton is very soft. I don't even need a cushion when I'm sitting on the floor. It's really cushy. Its easy to lounge back on.

Works but could use improvement
The biggest issue with this Zabuton is that the buttons are right where I want to put my knees. Thats where I want the cushion to be. I would like a mat that does not have those. Depending on your sitting position it may not matter, but for me its a bit of a bummer. Build quality and fabric are much nicer than expected and quite good, so it does have that going for it.

Actually more comfy than I expected.
So I sit on the floor a lot. I don't do yoga. So this is literally my "sofa". The cover is soft and doesn't really seem to get hot, just stay body temp. The stuffing moves around a bit so it needs occasional rearrangement. Being one of the cheaper options I expected less but was pleasantly surprised. It really does help with hip/ankle/back problems from sitting if used properly.

Won’t last already went flat
I’ve used this cushion very gently for a few times and it’s already pretty flat. I’m only 125lbs so ya maybe a good dog bed but the cushion will not support hours of meditation... period a folded up blanket works better...

Meh
I took too long to actually LOOK at the cushion to find out that even though the cover has a zipper you can't remove the cover. Not sure why they have a zipper. The material that it is made of is like a magnet for kitty fur.

Very poor quality.
I think this product was a second or something. It was sewn all unevenly and both sides do not match up. If it wasn’t so expensive to mail it back I would return it. The fabric tore within one month of use.

Me encantó

Sunken
First week, I raved about the product among my friends. Then it started to flatten out to the point where I feel the center seams in the cushion. The filling is lumpy and doesn't provide any support rather it's hard on back.I don't recommend.

Super decepcionada
En serio que no entiendo como puede ser un producto Gaiam con pedazos de papel adentro y sin posibilidad de lavarlo... no entiendo.
