Airtel DTH gives great value for money. The plans are flexible, and the picture quality is amazing. Installation was smooth, and I like that I can customize my packs as per my preferences.

Don't buy airtel dth
Don't buy this product. Because airtel doesn't allow you to choose channel as per your wish. Previously we used TATA play which was much better in this respect. Airtel has forcefully bounded me to purchase their ₹296 hindi pack, which is minimum value of their package and where most of the channels are SD and are not of my choice. Now I am regretting my decision to buy airtel this time. In Tata play I had option to choose almost every channel.

Airtel dth customer service bad
Airtel dth and delivery was good but the Airtel customer service was worst.. they choose the pack according to their preference. I said I want to recharge SD pack but they said no since I ordered online only HD pack is applicable... It's my wish to choose... AIRTEL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
