very tight and good quality too. soft and it also helps with back support. the only thing i dont like is that the boning digs in to your skin when i sit but that's all waist trainers in my opinion.

Uncomfortable like crazy!!

Buying these can be challenging, because every body is different. It provides me with great support for my hernia and multiple abdominal surgeries, especially for the gym. The silicone dots along the top and bottom are very helpful.

Honestly, it rolls up really bad if you sit down and it's not really comfortable to me. Personally, it doesn't do the job it's meant to. It may work better for people with loose skin on their stomachs.
