I found the edges of the plastic trimmer casing too sharp. This may not be a problem for everyone but I have very sensitive skin and I felt the scrape when running the trimmer through my beard. Since this was a fundamental issue for me I immediately asked for a refund so that I can order another brand (was using Philips before). Unfortunately the amazon interface seems to allow only exact replacement so I had no choice. Tried to initiate a call or chat with Rufus to explain but keep on going into loops. Keeping fingers crossed that someone will let me buy an alternate replacement product. Getting the same product makes no sense :(

1 week review: It feels like i’m holding a trophy. The finish on this trimmer and the attachments is so beautiful. Even if you don’t have a mirror, you can clearly see your face in the attachments. The attachments and the blade on them is super soft. I’ve always had problems cuts but in this one week, no problem. Battery goes on till you are fully hair-free, so yeah a FULL body trimmer. Digital display is a big plus. The premium-ness of this trimmer is to die for. Verdict: A must have trimmer, with beautiful attachments and softer trimming.

The Best 11 in 1 Trimmer I have ever purchased for myself. It is worth for the amount it is being sold, the blades are so smooth as my earlier trimmer always leaves a cut on my skin and this trimmer trim your hair so gently that it never give pain after trimming. Specially the travel lock is too much beneficial for me which I was looking from past long. It's battery backup is also too good. It's packaging was all too good.Overall at this amount it's a excellent product.

Decent enough but all the comb attachments are missing. Can’t complain too much, repackaging carelessly is par for many of the local vendors. I had also thought the attachments were heavy duty stainless steel, given the additional price - they’re just plastic. For an OEM product originally manufactured in China, better to have gone with a Japanese brand who wouldn’t skimp so much on the accessories, I bought exactly the same item in Thailand last year and it was loads better.
