My family loves these! We all play sports competitively in my home, and these showed us how we needed to exercise some muscles than insist even know existed. My kids also use it as a fun game. The balls are durable, and the plastic is not cheap. Quality is better than any other run of the mill exercisers. You won’t be disappointed

I ordered four of these items and followed the directions to the letter. However none of them work according to advertisement. A terrible product. Do not waste your money on this. False advertisement. What a waste my time and money. I am requesting a full refund and I will return all for them as soon as possible!-C.K.Jones.

Great price for these 4 wrist strengtheners. I only use one in the morning for a couple of minutes with each hand and in the evening for a couple of minutes with each hand. You feel the soreness the first few days after use because your wrists are not accustomed to the resistive forces. My wrists are definitely stronger as a result of using these wrist developers. You need to be consistent and not give up. You'll definitely feel the difference after about 2 weeks.

These are very skukum but I can’t get them to start. Instructions are not clear.

THese are really fun and challenging. Strangely only 1 of the four had lights that changed based on the speed. The other 3 just blinked which looked good but did not indicate speed. The 1 that does goes through a progression of colors as it gets faster. Cool toys/fidgets.

These are great tools to use for strengthening your wrist and arms. The balls are sturdy and the colors are a great way to encourage speed and consistency. This 4-pack is a great value so that I have them in different places in/out of the house. The weight is just enough to use to strengthen and function as daily exercise. I use them almost everywhere including during online meetings and riding in the car. They're a great way to stimulate blood flow and movement without causing pain. I recommend because they fit well in your hand and can go anywhere you have a minute to stretch your muscles.

I can't figure it out. I can't get the inner part of the ball to spin more than a few times, so it is pretty much like holding a rock, except a rock is free. I have a nice gyro scope, but it comes with an electric motor to get it spinning. It will spin like crazy and it is very difficult to move it. This is what I thought this toy would do. I think it might do this, but they should add a motor to get it spinning so fast you will get some hand exercise from it.

Works great and the price is good. It's a good product. This is a good product. Runs perfectly. Easy to learn and easy to operate. It's a great stress relieving toy and well worth trying. Trust me, you'll love it too
