Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder, Cheese Lovers, 2.5LB (Pack of 1)

Every time I am traveling through O’Hare I stop by that very well-known popcorn stand and buy a bucket of cheesy corn to take home. If I don’t, I’m not welcome back in the house. Literally, they will lock the door and call me bad names. I have bad children. Anyway, I thought I would take a shot at duplicating the corn, and here you go. Crazy easy. Pop your corn, add butter and this cheese powder (I add a little bit of garlic powder as well), then spread on a cookie sheet and put in the oven for about 10 minutes or so for extra crunch. I’m not a connoisseur, but it tastes the same to me. And the kids love it. Which is the whole point… That, and I’d like to get back in the house when I come back from trips.

Tastes exactly like kraft cheese powder. I've added it to my ground beef with the taco seasonings on taco night and it gave it a lovely cheesy kick. Used it to make my own nachos cheese sauce tasted delicious.

This product is "good enough." It's on the bland side, but use enough and you will have your flavor. It's good to amp up the taste of cheese ramen, my intended use(I also add a touch of chicken ramen seasoning - yumm). I can see where it would come in handy for kitchen use, perhaps on popcorn or even trying to duplicate boxed mac-and-cheese in a pinch when the kids are clamoring for it and you have none in the pantry. I love the container it comes in.

A certain well known company that sells Mac and cheese in a box used to sell their cheese in a shaker bottle but discontinued it years ago. Their box cheese has also changed formula over the years so I was resigned to never finding anything similar again.I couldn’t have been more wrong. This is amazing! I missed my cheese popcorn and am so excited to have found this product because it is that good.I think I came across this a few years ago but after being disappointed with other brands that were sold in store, I hesitated. Don’t be like me. This is great and a good value for the size of container you get!

Delicious! Bought to make the cheddar Chex mix but ended up using all of it over popcorn! I need to order another.

I like to use this to flavor popcorn.Its cheesy and not too salty, but I do like salty things.

Does not taste good on popcorn like I thought it would but for other uses it's pretty good so you should just buy some and give it a try

Wow....great cheesy flavor!! I tried some on cottage cheese and was really good! I can't wait to try it on lots of other stuff!!
