I have constant issues going to the bathroom due to certain meds I take. I often feel backed up and tend to go every 3 days if I'm lucky and sometimes when I do, it's like pushing boulders.I decided to take this over the weekend to make sure I had plenty of time to allow it to work but to my surprise, it wasn't all that bad. I took it at 5pm and around 11pm I felt a slight movement in my belly but nothing I would have noticed if I had not taken this stuff. At 7:45AM I had my first drop, I ran to the bathroom in anticipation but there was no eruption, it was what I suppose most people would call a normal "move". It was nice not to struggle to get it out, in fact I released about three long soft logs with ease. Through the day I had a few more movements, all regular moves. For someone like me, this is something to write home about but to regular people, this is no big deal. The following two days I've been able to squeeze out nuggets while only having to go number one. How fun it is to be able to squeeze them out on demand. Today, day 3 I have had at least 3 movements and the day isn't even over.Would I say this stuff cleans you out completely? I wouldn't say it did for me but it certainly helped me.The flavor is ok considering I'm not a fan of passion fruit and they use a sugar alcohol instead of sugar substitute so there is no lingering aftertaste. It was so easy to take.I had absolutely no discomfort, a few stomach churns here and there but nothing I would say was bad.Would I buy these if needed again, YES. I would definitely buy them and take a packet every couple of weeks as long as the results are the same each time. Don't want any accidents at work.

This colon cleanse works well and is very gentle. I have taken it at night several times and it does not cause gas or bloating.

This box comes with a total of 10 packets. For the price it seems a bit steep. The instructions don't really explain how to use this. Should I only use one packet once in a while? Should I take them 10 consecutive days? They don't even explain how much water I should mix them in. I just went ahead and mixed a pack into my 40oz tumbler of water. I tasted it first without anything extra in my water. The flavor is very subtle. I always use water enhancers so I can't really tell that I've mixed in anything new when I do this. I drink it close to bedtime and by the next morning, I feel like things are moving better. I've always had trouble going, so it's nice to find something that works. I like the ingredients in this. I believe the Senna Leaf is what does all the work. It seems to work well for me, but I'm not sure I would pay the price for only 10 packets.

A lot of times these types of supplements take effect quickly without any warning and can be explosive, pardon theIs graphic explanation. But this supplement actually Worked quite gently. I did not experience terrible pain in the gut as it started to take effect. I did however feel the movement of Material moving through my intestines In preparation to void. But these sensations were not abrupt or painful whatsoever. And once it was time to use the bathroom, It happened smoothly and without Dramatics or pain. And I take medicine that make it difficult to use the bathroom. So if it works for me it will certainly work for the average person trying to simply detox or prompt a bowel movement. There was no awful taste or aftertaste either. This is definitely one I wrote purchase againThis is definitely one I will purchase again.

So I would say these work great, but make sure you plan your following day before taking it. Don't do it if tomorrow you have to be at work.

It was a way to get the results that I wanted without any harsh side effects. I really worked like I hoped that it would without draining my energy levels or causing me to feel dehydrated. I think the quality of this product is up there with the well known brands and it is very effective. You will need to dedicate a whole day to the process and only use a packet when you need.
