I love this protein. I have tried vanilla (my favorite - tastes like ice cream), banana (second favorite - but took a moment to get used to the flavor and some folks may not enjoy it), and chocolate (third favorite - but mostly because I am not a big chocolate person). It is great in smoothies or with just almond milk or water. I will definitely continue buying this brand.

I'm Lactose intolerant but a terrible eater and needed to find a way to ingest more protein while I am breastfeeding. No tummy upset for me or baby, taste great, no gritty feeling, and breakdown well.

Far less fatty milk if you intend to cut muscle. I will probably stick with this brand during winter workouts. Love this protein isolate mix.

Huge advantage for flavor versus other brands, great on my gut versus whey protein......

I love this product. The taste is closer to unflavored but with plant protien that's prefered. Minimal chalkyness that doesnt linger after a sip. I suffer from crohns so it makes living a healthy lifestlye extreamly difficult when it comes to supplinents. Iv found plant protien to be the easiest on the stomach and this one in particular to be very good. Only problem is with water it swells up like rice or oatmeal. I would recommend 1 scoop be shaker bottle. 2 guerentees a mud like consistancy. 3 scoops and youll need a spoon as it turnes into a form of pudding basicaly.

I usually buy their whey isolate but thought I would try their plant based. Mixed it with 10oz of water. It’s thick, and chalky. Mixed it with 12oz of water, still thick and chalky. Purchased the Chocolate flavor, it tasted terrible too, in fact had a taste reminiscent of the smell PlayDough has. It’s non returnable too, so that’s money down the drain. Sorry R1, but I’ll stick to your normal whey isolate.

I like the whey protein by rule1 a lot....they were running late to deliver so I tried this. It was not delicious. If you're used to vegan...it might be awesome. But, sorry, not for me.
