I've been using this as a tripod for my DSLR for some filmed interviews and it's performed exceptionally well. I appreciate the adjustments and quick release shoes to affix the cameras. It's been sturdy and haven't had any issues, I wouldn't hesitate buying another if I needed it.

Just what I needed. I needed a solid tripod, after my last on kinda gave out on me. This is solid, and works fine.

It passed all I thought it was. This is a great item if you like to take pics and videos, but can't hold the camera very long, then get this, because it has a stand-alone poll also to help you on the go.

Pros: Feels really good in your hand and the materials are solid. Height and stability at height are excellent. Really easy to set up right out of the package. Built in level which is more useful than I thought it would be. Cons: Monopod didn’t show up at all in my package. The head of the tripod is only tight when turning one direction so if you have to turn even a fraction of an inch back the other way the head will start to loosen and wiggle around. Did not like it one bit with my camera attached. Overall: For the price the quality is solid and if I had received the monopod I probably would have kept it even with the issue of the loosening tripod head. However, with the investment I made into my camera, I decided to invest in a higher end tripod as well and returned this item.

Ich habe jetzt zwischen 4 und 5 Sternen gehadert, weil "Der Kopf dreht sich reibungslos für einfache Kameraeinstellungen" ist ziemlich übertrieben. Der ist recht schwergängig. Wegen des preises und den sonstigen Features denke ich aber 5 sind gerecht. Was mich auch etwas stört, ist dass wenn alle 3 Beine auf "kurz" sind, dass dann die Mittelstange etwas ausgefahren werden muss. Für den Preis kann man aber auch kein Fluidkopf erwarten.

Ja, es gibt sicher andere Stative, die schwerer und auch mit jeweils gedämpften Befestigungsschrauben kommen. Die haben aber auch einen anderen Preis! Für derzeit weniger als 40 EUR(!) erhält man hier mit dem Cambofoto SAB265B-ORANGE-186CM, eine (Grund-)Ausstattung, die an sich nahezu keine Wünsche offen läßt. Sie umfaßt - ein Dreibein mit Gewichthaken auf bis zu 186 Zentimeter, - ein auslösbares Einbein auf bis zu 147 Zentimeter, - zwei Wechselplatten, - einen Mobiltelefon-/Handy-Halter sowie eine solide(!) Transporttasche, in der man der Größe nach auch noch dieses oder jene Ringlicht, einen Selfie-Stick und alle Art Schrauben, Adapter und Kombi-Platten mit unterbringen kann. Bedenkt man nochmals den hier derzeit nachgefragten Preis, so verbietet sich auch zur Qualität des Stativs eine jede Kritik. Sicher, man hat es hier und da mit Kunststoff zu tun. Alle Teile sind jedoch maßhaltig und sehr ordentlich gearbeitet, können zueinander auch jeweils fest angezogen werden und funktionieren als solche tadellos. Hierbei ist besonders lobenswert, daß (1) das Einbein und auch die Stativbeine stufenlos(!) über jede Höhe eingestellt werden können, wobei die Arretierung jeweils zuverlässig hält, und zwar auch unter Last bis tatsächlich auf die versprochenen 8(!) Kilogramm und (2) das Stativ ohne weiteres nivelliert werden kann, da ein Bein von Anfang an etwas länger ausgeführt und eine Dosenlibelle schon von Anfang an sinnvoll mit angebracht ist. Aber Achtung: Das preisgünstige Einsteiger-Modell ist das SAB265B-186CM bei Cambofoto nicht ohne Grund. Schon kommt nämlich deren Modell TM264-188CM mit Kugelkopf und auslösbarem Einbein auf bis zu 191(!) Zentimeter, und zwar zu einem immer noch ganz erschwinglichen Preis. Alle, die sich interessieren, und insbesondere Großgewachsene, die auf ein ihrer Körpergröße wirklich angemessen langes Einbein angewiesen sind, schauen also auf jeden Fall einmal durch den Brand-Store von Cambofoto. Wer hier oder da zugreift, bedenkt schließlich, daß der Markt Dreibeine auch schon kombiniert mit Einbeinen auf bis gar 200 Zentimeter anbietet, und zwar selbst im Preisbereich von Cambofoto's TM264-188CM. Aber für wen dann dieses Modell? - Nun, wer (1) nur ein schlankes Budget hat, der greift zu, wem (2) ein Mehrgelenk-Kopf und ein Einbein auf nur bis 147 Zentimeter ausreichen, auch der greift zu und wer (3) zum Beispiel fliegend nur Bühnenbeleuchtung, Baustrahler, Wall-Washer oder Mikrofon aufstellen will, auch der greift hier zu. Wer sich jedoch gerade ein mannshohes Einbein auf bis zu 200 Zentimeter wünscht oder 4D-Kreuzlinienlaser, vielleicht sogar bildstabilisierte Monokulare, ein astronomisches Teleskop oder auch schon nur wirklich professionelle Foto-Technik montieren will, der zieht besser weiter. Für schon nur wenig mehr gibt es selbst bei Cambofoto Stative, deren weitere Features - Kugelkopf und hohes Einbein - noch bei weitem mehr Spaß versprechen.
