Taste isn't too bad. I would compare it to the likes of a less sweet Flintstone Vitamin. I started taking liquid supplements because my body has a hard time absorbing the pills or capsules. And it gives me an energy boost. I would recommend this brand of supplements in the liquid form.

Although most of the reviews say it tastes great. I found it to be the opposite for me. I needed a “chaser” of water, anything to clear the taste from my mouth. I also did not notice any entertainment or boost of energy like others have reported.

I took them for like a month. Couldn't really tell a difference. I couldn't really get pass the taste or consistency. It really has a off taste.

I like the taste. This is easier for me to take than the tablets I'm use to over the years.

This bottle is a month supply (30 days). I mix 1/2 an oz. with about 16 oz of cold water. It has a great blend of essential vitamins (many at 92% and up for rec. daily value). It also has no iron. It does have iodine (100% RDV) which I read in an article just yesterday on home many people are no longer getting enough iodine from just table salt! There are four proprietary blends: "Microencapsulated and Fermented Vegan Amino Acid Blend...Tibitian Omega-Sea Buckthorn Blend...Anti-Oxidant Fruit Blend...Prehistoric Land and Sea Trace Mineral Blend." Very interesting!! Check out the ingredients and see if they work for you. I like liquid vitamins because of the faster processing and better absorption (I believe something like 92% absorption rate). Product is bottled in the United States. GMP Certified. This product offers me a GREAT mid-day pick me up at work, no doubt!! One possible downside (no so much for me, but maybe for others). The taste, if mad as directed, is slightly berry. Be aware that the predominant taste is multi-vitamin. Think of what a multi-vit tastes like when it sits on your tongue. Just now, you are drinking that flavor with a slight twist of berry. On the other hand, this is a nutritional supplement; It is not a sugary drink. I take my medicine; I drink what is good for me, but it does not mean I have to like the taste. I just buck up and do what's best for me. May I suggest for some people that may need a sweeter taste...mix the half oz. with some sugar-free canberry juice. Oh, and the color is a deep rick, thick orange. Refrigerate after opening too!

Have been looking for a good liquid multivitamin. It's so much more convenient than having to swallow pills or deal with gummies that stick together in the jar. It tastes great, not medicinal at all or too sweet, and makes it enjoyable to get my daily vitamin needs. I also like that it's sugar free. Overall a really great way to get my vitamins as a supplement to my diet.
