I was VERY skeptical, but after reading reviews you can't go wrong with the majority.I wasn't expecting results TBH, i first tried it, left it in but forgot to use a timer, i think it was only not even 10min then I washed it off, and i still had greys. I was upset, but then i washed my face & dried it well and applied it again. It comes out clear and a dye all in one pump. WASH THROUGHLY!I left it in this time and i used a 20 min timer. By the 12-13th min it started to burn/tingle a lil bit. I left it in a little longer, washed off and that's what you see. GREAT product. Not sure how long it last, but we will see.Edit: i decided to go a different route and go dark brown. The black looks good, however it was TOO black! I kind of threw off the balance of my look. Going for Dark brown and i will do another separate review

SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENS!! The dispenser for this product WILL fail after a few uses. Basically robbing you of your money. The product itself works, but what good is it if the dispenser falls apart? Second time this happens with 2 separate purchases. It will no longer dispense the product, instead you end up with a huge mess. It’s a shame because the product is one of the best, but you won’t even get to use half of it before this happens. Stay away from this item until they fix this issue.

Warning. Not for your face.
Wear gloves. Do not attempt to use this on your facial hair as it will stain your skin and possible cause a chemical burn. It stains your skin. I REPEAT. IT STAINS YOUR SKIN. Use liberally on your hair and try not to saturate your scalp. Also, be wary of porous surfaces. Did I tell you it stains your skin?
