Our delicious venison jerky is made with premium venison. Venison is a very lean, high protein, low carb and low fat snack that's fresh, non greasy, and loaded with flavor. Our high quality ingredients and leading edge processing and packaging result in shelf life up to one year so you'll have plenty of time to eat and enjoy. The USDA is not required to inspect wild game meats and many manufacturers do NOT have their products inspected. Beef DOES have to be inspected and this is one reason why our jerky contains at least some beef. The other reason is taste. Wild game meats are very lean and the addition of a small percentage of beef adds necessary fat for flavor and texture.
