DuckDuckGo VPN Kept Disconnecting - Now Fixed
I very nearly sent this Motorola Thinkphone back, as the phone kept stopping my DuckDuckGo VPN app from running. Battery optimisation was turned-off for the app in the Android settings and "Always On" was selected in Android's VPN settings... The DuckDuckGo app still kept stopping, disconnecting my VPN connection... Well, there's also a Motorola Battery settings page which you need to navigate to. I spent hours searching the Internet for an answer, then stumbled across the solution in one last-ditch attempt to fix this issue... In the Android settings screen, search for Battery. Then click on Battery usage. Scroll to find DuckDuckGo (or your own preferred VPN app) and click it. You'll see that "Smart use" is chosen by default. Choose "Always allow" instead, and back out. Hope this helps someone else who might be searching for the answer. As for the phone itself, I can't comment yet as I've only had it for a week, and this VPN issue had clouded my overall opinion of it. I may update this review when I've used it more (now I've fixed the VPN problem).

Love Motorola mobiles - Hate their warranty and support
Moved from 5* to 1* because the motorola warranty is useless, I raised an issue (within 4 months of purchase) with an accessory that was supplied with the phone and Motorola refuse to honour warranty for accessories ! Mil std rugged, aramid scratch resistant body. Gorilla glass 7i but not the best victus. Business grade security. Waterproof. Usb c socket but usb 2 interface protocol. Excellent bright clear display. Came with glass protector fitted. Also 68w charger and earbuds. Moto bundled apps excellent. They assist, they don't take over like Samsung.

Excellent value.
I really like it. Replaces reliable quite old Motorola and it does everything I want. Battery life 2 days and charges in 50 min. Value for money is amazing when compared to the top brands. Simple case included and charger and wired ear phones!

Locked phone recently
Used nearly 2 months... Now my phone is dead, can't use it, because it's belongs to company. Trying to sort it out somehow, nobody is responding... Absolutely strange situation
