Really easy to use and the battery lasts about a week with light use. Very simple design and easy use. Have had the wheelchair a few months now and a lot of people have come up asking where we got it because of how simple it is.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it first thing I’ll get out of the way it’s not to comfortable if you don’t have a seat cushion it’s pretty small and tight so it’s easy to take places shes 6,1 and fits in it well so if your thinking about it for a taller person they should be fine it’s is kinda heavy but it’s not to terrible functionality wise it doesn’t do the best on carpet you have to turn up the speed and by the time you get going it’s way to fast so if you have a lot of carpet I probably wouldn’t recommend it it does great on concrete tile floors and light grass the weakness of it is hills and inclines if your looking for ramps you need a long slow incline or you have to turn up the speed and fly into whatever your going towards the build quality is decent we will find out as time goes on the battery last about 3 days of in house driving around still has battery life left will make it around the grocery store and parking lot but they don’t make buying another battery easy so that is a bummer over all I recommend it for houses with wood/tile or for traveling it folds up nice and the battery is decent just wish they’d make getting a second battery easy so you can carry a spare on long trips

I love this chair. I had trouble with the joy stick malfunctioning. Contacted the company and after a few back and forth E-mails they sent me a new controller at no cost. Very satisfied with their response. Great Chair. Well worth the money. RLM

Excellent buy. An eighty-five-year-old granny man lifts it out of the van and sets it up for his lovely wife in about two minutes and she is away. Battery is easy to extract and recharge. Simple to navigate. The only problem is that now I can't keep up with her.

For me this is perfect, the Walmart coolers are just to hard for me, we bought this, we can put it in our SUV easy, not to heavy. I did buy another cushion. It is very comfortable and bso far the battery has not even gone down by not even one light for. I found that setting it on three light dots out of five for the speed is perfect.

Don’t buy from Roplaso. You can’t get a response from them or call them. The phone number they have on their website site is not in service. The form that you fill out for contact never gets answered. I bought my wheelchair in December 2024 and the battery doesn’t last very long so I wanted to buy a second battery as a back up so I wouldn’t get stuck. However, since I can’t get any response from them I am unable to get another battery for it. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
