It was great for the price and for what I needed it ...
It was great for the price and for what I needed it for. My only complaint is that it's uncomfortable and that with me having a wide frame. Puts a lot of discomfort on my traps and shoulders. I mostly felt it after my work out. Also it's horrible to try to strap it on. I always left it open because it seems to be a 2 person job. And lastly the velcro snags on the vest if you leave it open and pulls the threads making the vest look beat up. One more thing was that its pretty bulky. Overall I gave it a 4 because it did what I needed it to do and didn't have the money to spend on a high end vest. I recommend this for people that need it for fire fighter training or want a vest they can wear for walking. Its not ideal if you wanna do actually running, jumping etc.

Product is exactly what was advertised
This product is great! My only neutral comment would be that it is a one size fits all so if you have a smaller frame, the vest will be big on you. You can sinch it down at the waist & it holds in place well, just the shoulder tops are wide and hang over your shoulders.

If you want to buy a weight vest that allows you to carry 50lbs of weight then this is good for you. If you want to buy a weight vest for training purposes then this is NOT for you. The old phrase, "You get what you pay for" is true in my case.This was the cheapest weight vest on line and for a reason. It is not designed well, is uncomfortable, and is not good for movement during training exercises. A d ring broke within the first two weeks of purchase.Save money. Buy a more expensive weight vest and you'll be happier than i am right now.

I think this vest was made for men. Not because it's too heavy, but because the shoulders are too broad and it's hard to wear.

Bulky, but good. Easy to get on, has held up well, and have had no problems. Has helped weight training a ton.

What doesn't KILL you makes you STRONGER.
It's good. I duct tape it to my daughter when she goes to school so she can get stronger.
