As cattle ranchers, we are familiar with this seller and they are first rate in our industry. There is no beef tallow better. Period. We use it daily and everyone can taste the difference. Combined with the fact this also the cheapest per ounce, it's a no-brainer to purchase. Consistency, color (pure white) and flavor is perfect.

This beef tallow is excellent quality!! My grands love homemade chicken nuggets and they come out so tasty in this tallow. The texture is nice and smooth. I am not a fan of tallow smell in general but for the quality and health benefits I deal with it. The bucket is sealed very well and perfect storage for freshness.

This stuff is awesome! First time cooking you can see and taste the quality. Great for cooking eggs, steaks and veggies. Definitely enhances the flavors of whatever you're cooking. It's also really good for seasoning the blackstone griddle and cast iron pans!

I'm highly disappointed finding out after i purchased this product that they are proud to use corn feed .. why? and then getting the item on 12/29/24 only to have until 3/2025 to use it by...wth! Had I known I'd only have less then 3 months to use this i think I would have just gotten a smaller tub or just another brand. Then it says it's good for up to 9 months after packing date. I'm guesssing the expiration date is part of that 9 month period. live and learn I guess, cause I definitely won't be buying this product after this.Update- A Company representative reached out to me after reading my review and wanted to make it right. I was offered a replacement. I no longer have to rush through the replacement product because the date has a longer expiration. So far I've cooked French fries, chicken wings, steak & empanadas in the tallow. A+ for their customer service and the tallow made what I cooked in it very tasty despite the corn in the feed, which I'm hoping is organic. After what they did to make it right. I'll most likely buy from them in the future.

The media could not be loaded. It’s my first time using beef tallow as I heard about the harmful effects of seed oils and how much better beef tallow is. So you get a tub of tallow that you will have to either leave out so it’s soft enough to scoop like butter if you want to fry with it, I made chicken wings with lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan flavors respectively. I can only share one video but it fried great and the food was amazing, the tub was also sealed up nicely and upon opening, it had a neutral smell, no leaks in the tub and can be left in on counter as it isn’t heat sensitive so upon opening it you’ll have a mess or something.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried different brands of tallow; this is the best I have found so far. Makes the food taste so much better.

I ordered 1 container and when I opened it.. I was very happy to note the Tallow was pure white, no smell, and solid as it should be. I tried it and a few days later ordered the 2nd bucket. Both were shipped extremely fast and the price is very reasonable. This is very HIGH QUALITY Tallow!I've been using Tallow for many years. Especially after I had open heart surgery 5 years ago! I put 1.5 bucket(s) of this Tallow directly into my T-Fal deep fat fryer I also purchased here on Amazon. I use it to make my fries. If you use a deep fat fryer do NOT MELT your Tallow at high heat as it will smoke. You have to turn on the fryer at minimum heat until it melts. Then you can even fry up to 400f without burning the Tallow. You can also use 5 to 10% Peanut Oil (bought here on Amazon) as a base to cover the fryer's heating elements. This will let you turn on the fryer much faster without burning the Tallow. Popular fast food restaurants now (and in the past) use about 5 to 10% Peanut oil (NOT SEED OIL) for this reason.In the past I have purchased 2 other brands of Tallow here on Amazon. Sometimes I had excellent results. But other times, I received very bad Tallow so I'll never purchase from them again. This brand of Tallow and the EXCELLENT QUALITY and fast shipping at an excellent price will keep me coming back for more! Use it to cook your meat or fry your eggs with. It's very tasty and the best I've had in a long, long time.
