I'm currently working through a new diet plan that involves a significantly higher amount of protein than I'm used to. I was worried about constipation, bloating, and gas so I wanted to try out a digestive enzyme to see if it made a difference. I don't know if it's a placebo or if these are just that great, but I've had zero gi issues since taking these. I'm no longer bloated, food doesn't sit in my stomach for what feels like hours, and I've had a complete reduction in all my concerns since starting these. The taste isn't my favorite, but for what they do I will continue to take these as long as they're available. Complete game changer.

These are alright. I would like to see a different flavor. Worth the buy!

I was looking for papaya enzyme to combat stomach upset from Wegovy when I came across this combination of enzymes. I found that it does not settle my stomach upset as well as plain papaya enzyme. On the other hand, I think my digestion is noticeably better. There is less discomfort in my intestines, another side effect of Wegovy, and my bowel movements are more regular. I have no idea what the other enzymes do for health. I probably will get plain papaya enzyme for those days when my stomach is most upset and continue with this product.

They seem to do the job I like the fact that their gummy’s are easy to take
