Is it normal to have red oil on top of the sauce in bottle? My last few been like this.

No it’s not normal. There shouldn’t be any oil. There should only be cayenne pepper, salt brine, and vinegar in the hot sauce. I bought Frank’s ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN! Now I only buy Tobasco, Tapatio, or Texas Pete’s Next year I intend to make my own fermented hot sauce, Right now I am making two batches of my own homemade vinegar.
