Do not recommend it. Watch out do not purchaseThe packet was broken and heavily taped up with clear tape. The packet inside had a zip lock and the nutition info was like asticker that was stuck on and only half the nutrition label was on the inside packet. The flower taste better and if you look up jackfruit flour does not taste better. The inside Ziploc packet said stuff like supplement, etc. on it so totally questionable in terms of what came.
