Worth it
Totally worth the risk running this. Dropped my idle and gaming by roughly 9c. I just applied it on the stock i9 12900kf IHS and my ID Cooling FX360 AIO. Will be delidding soon, then I'll report back.

Too good to be true and it is!
Would give more stars if I could as this stuff is amazing!Used this one in my ROG Strix G18 laptop and the non-extreme for my desktop builds.

Transfers heat well
This thermal grease works pretty well to transfer heat. I haven't exactly tried many different types of paste, but this stuff got my CPU within the cool range I've seen others posting about online, so I am pretty happy with it. It went on very easily, is pretty thick and doesn't spread out very easily. Did not make a mess, but I can see that happening if you're not careful. Overall worked just as I hoped it would so I am happy.

Make the switch!
I've always used Thermal Grizzly paste for CPU's and when liquid metal came out, I was hesitant. But after seeing people reporing an average of 10c drop in temps, I had to try it. Well, I can also confirm that it in fact does drop 10 and as much as 12c from the application I used. It's been a solid month and it is nice and cured. Temps seem to have stuck around 11c lower. While I may have to do a fresh coat in a year or two, I honestly don't mind as long as I keep getting these reluts.

Easy upgrade.
This is a well put together kit. It comes with detailed instructions in multiple languages that is easy to understand with pictures that clear and readable. The kit comes with two alcohol swabs, two q-tips and a syringe liquid metal compound, as well as instructions and a certificate of origin with a verification code. I was kind of concerned about applying liquid metal at first but after reading the instructions it's very simple All you have to do is clean the surface and apply the liquid metal with the micro metal tip then you spread it around with the included swabs or q-tips. Overall It was an easy way to get some more performance out of my system for cheap.

Liquid Metal is Amazing
Liquid Metal will give great contact between your heatsink and cpu. However, it is conductive so you have to be careful how you apply it and not too much as it could fall on your motherboard and cause a short between components. That being said, it is one of the best ways to make contact between two surfaces to transfer heat. I'm not thinking about using this on my PS3 as well.

Helps!
I have a Dell G15 5535 and they used a hybrid-paste that is a mix of liquid metal and regular thermal paste. I switched it out for this and my temps went from about 85-90C down to 70-75C when gaming. If you have never worked with liquid metal you should look up a guide because it can be hard to work with. That being said if you have too much and nothing to protect the components around the die it can short out your video card or motherboard.
