The mat is lovely the only problem it comes folded and the fold dosent come out. I've tried washing it but the creased is still there

Looks like a bath mat but does a great job! Soft and absorbent and perfect inside our back door. Arrived a bit creased but this soon disappeared.

I strongly endorse the opinion of other reviewers that this product is spoilt by being packaged flat and folded rather than rolled. It arrives with heavy creases, particularly along the central line. I have tried ironing with a damp towel, as advised by the manufacturer. This makes little or no difference, as the attached image shows. I have given three stars because the mat is well made and of good quality. The pile is thick and soft and the edges are nicely finished. It would be so much better if packaged more sensibly..

They literally do what they say, they trap dirt and dry shoes well. Was so impressed with the one I bought I bought 3 more for other areas in the house. I have 2 dogs that are in and out the garden every 5 minutes. I haven’t had to wash them as yet. Value for money, good slip resistance and they look really nice too.
