Runs small
Great little helmet but it runs extremely small. It didn’t fit my 3 year old with an average sized head.

Cheaper, but lower quality
We bought this for our 1 year old because my older kid had one 3+ size bought directly from Walmart which can be adjusted to the size of the 1 year old. And the reviews say it's on the smaller side, so I figure it might fit. However, these are the obvious drawbacks compared to the Walmart helmet:1) this product cannot be adjusted to 1 year old size (44cm for my daughter), it has a much smaller adjusting range.2) adjusting ring is loser and thinner, padding inside the helmet sticks to the helmet by a couple of small round Velcro buttons, can be easily removed3) it's shallow (hard to notice, but my daughter told me, it doesn't come down as far to her ears as the other one)All in all, it works (only for the right size of heads), but I would rather spent $5 more to get one from Walmart or Target considering how many years they can use them. Didn't lower it to 3 stars because the price kinda matches quality. Just bad decision on my side.

Fits well
We ordered this for my daughter. She is four. It fit her well and was comfortable. Not too tight under the chin and adjustable.
