When cleaning algae from my rocks should i have the filter bag on or the flexible black tube to drain water from tank?

The black tube is used to drain water out from your tank specially when you do a water change, but if you just want to clear your tanks water and remove some waste, debris, and algae then the filter bag would do the trick. Just make sure to remove the filter bag and clean it several times during your tank mentenance.

If you're referring to the clear tube, it separates into 2 pieces where the ridges are. You simply hold the top and bottom and pull them apart. Don't try to twist the 2 pieces as there are notches in one that fit into slots in the other. Once separated, you can access the black sponge easily. HTH

It sucked my fish up. i had 5 fishes and i was very careful but seems like one is missing now. i cant even find if the tool sucked her. how can i find

This tool can be dismantled. If doing just a general cleaning any fish remains should be in the sock. The only thing that ever caught or got stuck, was the gravel and sand. Many times I've seen fish go under rocks, ornaments and plants and die. They seem to disintegrate! The fish would be very small in size not to be noticed in the tool.

where can I get replacement corrugated tubing for vacuum ?

Don't use regular super glue for anything that's going to touch the water. I believe there's some sort of glue thats safe for fish.
