Amazing book with very high quality illustrations and prints

I have wanted this book for a long time. I am not disappointed.

Many of the pictures are black and white. If you are using this for a craft project, there are better books to use.

I found this book to be very useful. Not to copy the patterns but to take small elements to add interest to my designs.

Very nice for studying the design of art noveau jewelry

A nice to have for design ideas. As a new jewelry student I have seen many pieces to inspire in this collection.

As a jewelry designer I often look to the past for inspiration. Many great ideas here, well drawn and varied.

I think it's worth buying this book first before getting in to more advance of art nouveau jewelry designs. The book is organized in plate numbers listing the type of jewelry. All of the plates are illustrated in black and white, so don't expect colorful pages because there's none except the front cover.

this little book has lovely illustrations of designs from yesteryear they have given me some ideas for some drawings I want to do and some jewellery making ideas. a worthy buy for my collection

I bought this for a friend who is a professional jewellery designer and gemologist. She is always seeking inspiration and has a love for art nouveau design. The illustrations are detailed and in black and white which suited her needs. If you are looking for a book which has lots of colour plates, this probably isnt the one for you. But,if like my friend you are in the business of design it is excellent.
