Awesome as a delivery kimchi brand.
First of all, i’m an American and haven’t seen nor tasted kimchi before until now, so take that my words mean barely a grain a salt. But, this is good kimchi, i like the spice and the sweet/sourness of the kimchi, along with the combined flavor of my own cooked meat, i had to restrain myself from eating the whole can cause i only bought one, aside from that fact the kimchi is very watery, i drained most of the liquid but left some as to keep more flavor. But as i mentioned in the title, this is good for delivery kimchi brand, regardless of how good a amazon kimchi can be, i believe in the fact that if you go to the country yourself and buy/eat the traditional kimchi there, you will open yourself up to a whole world of kimchi cuisine which may or may not be better than this. So for this to be as good as it is, i feel more motivated to go try out the different kinds of kimchi cuisine in korea and more beyond that, as this gave me high expectations. So thank you.

Cabbage is good?
I'm a Kdrama fanatic, and if there's anything you know you're going to find in any Korean drama, it's people guzzling soju and eating Kimchi - spiced cabbage. Soju (sorta like rice wine) is tough to find, but Amazon has responded to its legions of Prime Kdrama fans by making it possible to try Kimchi straight from South Korea. So how is it? Well, it's not something I'd eat straight out of the tin, the Koreans like spicy foods a lot more than me, but adding it to other foods as a side dish or mixed in with it works just fine and gives soups a little more tang. I'd still go for the Trader Joe's Kimchi if you have one near you, but otherwise it's a good buy.

Just enough spice to add flavor.
My new favorite fermented food. When I first tasted it. I thought it was going to sting and burn my throat, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it tasted great without the burn. I started using it to moisten my bread in sandwiches instead of using mayonnaise or cream. You can create your own flavors and combinations. I even liked just sipping up the juice. Fantastic product. I will definitely reorder.

Delicious, but perhaps costly for the amount.
This kimchi is yummy. Perhaps it's my huge appetite for Kimchi, but I question the small amount and value. One can serves one, maybe at most, two. After figuring out what this would cost if I ordered enough for the various meals for which we'd use it, I've begun to make my own! Much better value, and tastes really good, super fresh. I'd give this a five star for flavor and texture; the three stars is for cost.

Horrible
I didn't realize it had fish. Ghastly taste. Fermented anchovies are awful. I thought it was going to be cabbage. Disgusting! Be afraid. Be VERY afraid!

Make sure you understand what type of kimchi this is
This tastes great and personally, I love it. But this is not the kind of kimchi you find as side condiments. It isn't crisp or whitish. This is more the kind you would find in a stew like kimchi-jjigae. It is softer and boiled with the spices really stewed in and redder. Some of the comments seem to show an expectation of the other type so make sure you know what you're getting. The Amazon page also says this is 'vegetarian' although it most certainly is not. It contains shrimp and anchovies. I love how this tastes but some people in the comments are being thrown off by the unexpected taste.
