How often should you wash and condition your hair with this product in order to see results?

I wash my hair every 3rd day. Its the only product i use.

Anyone have issues opening the pump? I keep turning it counter-clockwise but it won't unlock.

No but I honestly havent tried to open it. Sure hope it does cause im going to want to use all of it!!

Is it the kind of conditioner that you leave in or the kind you have to rinse out?

Directions are to wash it out after 3-5 mins. I'm sure if you put a small amount on your hair wet it would be ok to leave in. I wouldnt use alot though it has a thicker texture. I've never tried it though. I always leave it in for a few mins like while I finish my shower and then rinse it out. Personally I am absolutely loving the results I'm getting from it!!!
