I usually do not leave reviews but as I sit here sipping on this delicious herbal blend I knew I had to encourage others to try it if they’re on the fence. I do not know what benefits I’ll get from this tea and maybe I should have waited say something on here but so far the taste is beyond what I expected. Wonderful tea and I will buy again

Absolutely delicious and I can see the changes after a week of drinking it. My digestive system is working the way it should. I use a packet of stevia to my taste but the tea really doesn't need it. Make sure to get yourself a mesh steeping ball to put in your cup. These are not tea packets, they are pre-meassured packets to use with a teas steeper.
