Good looking grill
I needed an unusual size to cover a gap above the microwave in my new built in kitchen unit. This was the only one I could find to fit my German kitchen unit gap. (Not surprisingly the grill came from Germany).Looks great and finishes off the unit very well. I simply glued it on with silicone sealer and it's been fine.

Just the job, fitted them to an over radiator shelf to allow heat to convect and it works fine.
