Upgrade saddle post
Upgraded my saddle post for a shock absorbing one and needed this item to connect my saddle on. No hassle doing this and now all works well. One spanner required as one nut is welded to one side.

Perfect item for job required.
Very good item, had to lower the saddle on my mums bicycle, so changed the stem and fitted this upside down inside the saddle and lowered saddle height by 4 inches over original height... so perfect item.

A must have accessory for new saddle
Very straight forward video to show how to fit to the saddle and bike. Glad I bought it to go with my new saddle.

No complaints
I would like to preface this review by saying I am not a massively bikey person or massively good at anything remotely handy. Bought this as I "accidentally" took the saddle off my bike and then couldn't get it back on with the (whatever this bit is called) that it came with, like the screw bit suddenly wasn't long enough. I measured some bits with a ruler and luckily found this replacement part which fits perfectly and I was able to put my bike back together. Yay!

Probably worth spending a bit more
Not the best quality product, price is very cheap though.

Fits your Peloton Bike+
Solid looking quality. Fits a Peloton so great if you get an extra saddle and saddle slider.

Not fit for purpose
I have two seat posts using this type of mounting bracket. Unfortunately, the bolts on this one are fixed to the outer rail bracket making it impossible for them to spin independently of the bracket. Meaning, as you tighten the bolt to secure to the saddle rail, the entire bracket spins. I can’t for the life of me understand why the manufacturers would have made this massive mistake. I returned it.
