the fan is gorgeous. looks better in person than it does in the sellers photos. it cools the room down instantly, the remote works great. the instal was simple, i would recommend making sure your outlet box area is capable of holding this up. i wouldnt say that it is overly heavy but heavier than a standard ceiling fan (obviously). the instal in itself wasnt any different than installing any other light fixture. the fan doesnt make any noise, air flow is awesome the build quality of the entire fan is sturdy and well made. the blades are good quality. i'm giving a 4 star because one of the crystals did come unattached at the top. but i just left it like that until one day i feel like getting up there and rigging it up. (i circled where the detatched crystal is)

The fan blades do not fit the fans.. On both fans we hadto use the blades for the old fans we removed. I called Amazon customer service to see what we could do, but thier only suggested return the fans. I paid an electrician to install the fans. I would have had him take the back down, then pay him to come back, reinstall new fans, only to have them be wrong as well. The "s" hooks that should have been in the boxes to install the glass balls, was also missing. we had to go the Lowes and purchase something to use. These fans had more issues that I expected.

The blade arms that you screw into the blade were the wrong size. They were too big and would not fit the pre-drilled holes. They hung over the side of the blade. Re-ordered a replacement and still had the same problem. Very disappointing

I have a large living room, 16’x24’, and wanted a larger ceiling fan for better air circulation. I chose this fan for its crystal accents. Installation is easy if you’re mechanically inclined. Hire a professional if you’re at all unknowledgeable on installing electrical items. The fan itself is very sturdy and well made. I can’t tell if it has actual crystal or glass, but it looks great either way. A couple things I don’t particularly like: First is the double light. There’s a light above the blades, and below the blades, and this gives off a strobing effect in the room as the blades turn. Second is the remote control. It’s very lightweight and cheap looking in comparison to the fan. There’s nothing I can do about the remote, but I’m going to see if I can unplug, or otherwise disable the LED light above the blades. I think without that it will be just about perfect. Update: It was very easy to unplug the upper light. Just a little tedious getting to the plug being behind the crystal. Would be easier to unplug it prior to installation.

The fan looks good for the price. But the instructions manual need a lot of work. I am deducting 2 stars for following reasons:' 1. Installing the base fan is okay but attaching the lamp to the fan is very tricky. It need three screws to attach the lamp with the fan but the positioning of these screws is too deep and you need a long screw-driver with magnetic tip to hold the screws otherwise it's impossible to attach the lamp. 2. There are only three versions of light : Yellow, Bright White and Daylight. Soft white version is missing. 3. Also, the instructions for hanging the crystal balls is too vague. it mentions crystal strands which are not available in parts. There are rings and long pins in parts but there is no mention about them in instructions booklet. I somehow used the rings and butterfly clamps to create the strands to hang the crystals. But I am still not able to figure out the use of long pins.

Got the fan but the LIGHT shadow makes dizzy when fan run & crystal makes noise, planning to return
