Vee is definitely right here. The mold itself will have no effect on how clear your resin is after it cures (unless the mold is dirty). To avoid bubbles, gently mix your resin. The more vigorously you mix it, the more air bubbles you introduce. You can also pour your resin more slowly, from higher in the air. The thinner the stream of resin that flows into the mold, the smaller the air bubbles will be in the final product. Finally, if you must have crystal clear resin without any visible bubbles, you will need to get a resin pressure pot. It increases the pressure inside the pot while the resin cures. The added pressure will compress all the air inside the resin until the air either escapes from the top of the resin, or the bubbles get too small to see with the naked eye.

Q: Does it really comes out a sphere/ball?

I only used this once. It didn't really work for me. Now I could be inexperienced with silicone molding and stuff but it was enough for me to not want to do it again. My "bead" was still sticky days after and flat on the bottom.
