Awesome Persian rice cooker
So glad I got this. Been able to enjoy some amazing Persian rice and awesome tahdig. I decided on this one after reading pretty much every review online. Glad I did it's a great unit, easy to use, super easy to clean and makes delicious Persian rice. What is there not to like?

Rice is supposed to be cooked with steam and the the door of this rice cooker does not fit it!

Weak quality of material
Works well but I feel like it's falling apart. During one session a screw got loose and fell into the pot!

Makes Great Tahdigh. Yum!
My mom used this brand rice cooker. I paid more than another brand that also promised tahdigh because I trust the quality.The rice cooker is incredible. It makes such even and crispy tahdigh. My family is over the moon about it.I had an issue with the first one (missing the lid) but it was resolved: Hafez Foods responded to my email within 24 hours and they sent me another one. WONDERFUL SERVICE!I am updating my review accordingly to give stars both for the product and for the service.

No Tahdeeg at all
The media could not be loaded. The picture that you see are the best results I got after multiple tries. No Tahdeeg !It is just an expensive rice cooker.

Best Rice Cooker ever, Best Tahdig I have ever had !!!
I have had several rice cookers in my life time. They were all ok until I bought this one. This rice cooker is a life saver. It makes the best rice and tahdig comes out perfect. It has different settings to make tahdig soft or crispy. My family are very picky with their food but they love the rice and tahdig made with this rice cooker.

Damn, we love this thing.
So easy to use that I gifted one to my parents and my brother is eyeing one as well.We hacked it to make Spanish rice with the same delicious dark ring.We use medium grain Goya rice (washed until the water runs clear), with a multiple on the following ratio:- 1.5 cup water to- 2 cup rice to- 4 tablespoons of olive oil to- 2 teaspoon of salt (we like rice a little salty).Totally works in a set it and forget it kind of way. Also frees up a burner in my tiny kitchen.
