I feel as if they worked well and I was able to fill the effects pretty quickly, but they also have an extreme amount of beef vitamins in them like over 1000% of your daily value. This turned my urine neon, but they didn’t have any funky taste and they’re really easy to swallow. I feel as if they did the intended purpose of helping me focus and work with my ADHD.

Works well for me, I use it 5 days and two days off. Helps me focus at work when I have no coffee. Sleep not impacted at all but I don't take it after 4 pm. Will continue to use.
