No headphone jack. If you have an audio interface, there is a DI output for recording that can be used that way. but no regular headphone jack.

Are the cables included instrument or speaker cables?

Mine came with one speaker cable but no instrument cable

Does the used model come with the footswitch?

It should, but it depends on where you buy it. I bought a used one with the foot switch.
