This helped me so much I just ordered by 3rd bottle. I have PCOS. Luckily I do not have the weird cycle timing and my periods are normal (used to be heavy) but my gosh my hormones were awful. I lost 85 lbs and my body has not adjusted and has had a slow time regulating itself and getting used to it. I never leave reviews but I had to hopefully help someone out. I tried this for PMDD symptoms and with helping that I’ve noticed a big increase in libido. I’ve taken on and off for 5ish month and there is most definitely a correlation. As a stressed out mom idk if the Ashwaganda is helping with libido to lower stress or what but me and my husband agree I will never stop taking this! I literally notice the days I forget. My periods are now so regular and I just feel overall better. I’ve never noticed a difference with any supplement other than this one! I LOVE IT!!!
