A little softer for a crib mattress than by itself, generally the waterproof factor is a bit pointless as crib mattresses tend to be anyway, but it doesn't hurt to also be able to wash an extra layer easily.Fabric is breathable and not too thick or plush.Baby sleeps a little better after getting it vs before. She sleeps well in our bed compared to crib, so we got this in an effort to make the crib a little more plush whilst being safe.Easy to use, decent value & expected quality and fit.

This is a MUST for crib mattress protection. Super easy to keep clean. Breathable material that still protects the crib mattress itself. I have personally bought 2 of these (to keep a spare in case of overnight situations). Worth every penny! I recommend adding this to all baby registries!

This is the best mattress protector! It's breathable and a relief that I don't have to worry about my baby not being able to breathe when she sleeps face down. Highly recommend. Very affordable and a good alternative if you can't afford the Newton mattress!

It’d like to give this a 4.5 because although it fits the Sealy mattress I have, it’s not as “tight” as the Sealy cover I had before.But this mattress protector doesn’t appear to trap heat the way the Sealy cover I had. It feels comfortable and “soft” but not plushy that it becomes unsafe.I’m impressed so far.

The best there is. We've used this from 2022 to present, 2025 and I have no complaints. It protected the mattress extremely well - during illness/stomach bugs and potty accidents, so very waterproof. It's not loud or crunchy, fit snug on the mattress and very easy to put on and take off. I wish this came in a full-size because now that we're transitioning my soon-to-be 4 year old to a full-sized bed, I'm back on the market for a waterproof cover. This was a great investment and held up well over 3+ yrs.

Can’t say enough good things. Used for 3 years with my first child. It’s easy to put on and wash. It kept its fit and never stretched out over time. I wax able to sleep in those early months knowing this mattress bad was breathable. Just bought another one for my second baby.
