Really happy with this dehydrator! It has lots of space, so I can dry big batches all at once. Everything dries evenly, it’s easy to set the temperature, and it runs quieter than I expected. I’ve used it for fruit, veggies, herbs, and jerky and the results have been great every time. Solid build, easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The shelves do seem to be a tad smaller than they should be for a perfect fit. But definitely worth it if you need a large dehydrator.

This is a very well built unit. Everything is stainless steel. It has a huge surface area making it able to accommodate a lot of food or less food and faster drying. This does a great job and is able to dry a lot of meat, fruits, vegetables, or herbs at the same time. You are able to speed up total project time because this can do in 1 batch what most dehydrators I’ve used would take 2-4 batches. It is not very noisy. It’s about the same as most units much smaller. I have already dried a bunch of mint and oregano and some banana chips. If you want to do a lot of dehydrating this unit is a great value and a time saver. It hold so much food at one time. It only took 3 trays of banana chips to do the same amount as one of thr 8 try round dehydrators that most people have. You can put in a few trays of apple chips, banana chips, cranberries, blueberries and such and make the best trail mix all at the same time. I used to have to load the old dehydrator up with one thing at a time and do it all in batches. Now it is so much easier, faster, and the product is way better. Clean up is a breeze as the trays can all go right in the dishy! Highly recommend! It is so worth the extra money to upgrade.

I love this 8 trays food dehydrator! It’s super spacious, making it perfect for big batches of fruits and veggies. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it’s really easy to use, just set it and forget it. Plus, it operates quietly and the trays are dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze. The heat is consistent, and it definitely saves time and effort. Totally worth the price! I am happy as I had the tower version from another brand and hated it. This one is perfect.

This machine worked good for 4 or 5 months, then it started acting a bit off. Eventually it ended up overheating to an extremely dangerous point. When I turned it off the heating element continued to heat to a red hot stage, I had to unplug it to make it stop. Thankfully I was home and went and checked on it before I went to bed.

This is an awesome unit, but really REALLY heavy. It's almost like trying to move an actual stove. After all, it is "commercial". But having said that, it works awesome! From herbs, to fruits and veggies, it does a great job and doesn't burn the food. I tried eggs, but that was unsuccessful my first attempt. I also did jerky and it came out perfect. It has a max 24 hour timer and since I don't go by time, I don't need to keep starting to finish my foods.

Works good. There is a hot spot so you have to move the tray around during Dehydration. It has ine fan. Next time I'll get ine with two fan. Otherwise I like it.
