Great and strong whitening gel. Can definitely, like other whitening products as well, make your gums sensitive. That is normal, which is why the dentist usually covers the gums in a professional whitening. Be careful to not get it all over your gums. This works best with whitening trays, and since a custom version is usually expensive one could just buy the home molding version at the drugstore. The amount should be enough for a couple rounds of whitening, make sure to use it with the amount of time that is mentioned in the instructions.

I would’ve given it 5 stars, but the tingling hurt so bad. My gums were tingling and felt like needles stabbing my gums. I may have put too much gel in the tray, but the directions weren’t very clear either. I feel if I had better directions it wouldn’t have hurt so bad
